The Brazilian national team became the second team to reach the round of 16 in the 2022 World Cup, after a “complicated” victory over Switzerland, on Monday evening.

- With a “killer” goal from midfielder Casemiro, Brazil succeeded, after suffering, in breaking the defense of the Swiss national team, 7 minutes before the end of the match that brought them together in Group G of the World Cup in Qatar.
With a beautiful shot inside the penalty area, Casemiro qualified his country to the round of 16, to join France, as they are the only two teams to have reached this role so far.
And Switzerland complicated the task a lot for Brazil, which did not succeed in penetrating the organized Swiss defense, until the only goal came through the Real Madrid star.
Switzerland will face Serbia in the last round, in a match in which the Swiss will need a tie in order to qualify.
