Algerian President Abdelmadjid Tebboune during the 31st session of the Arab Summit:
- The Arab Summit is being held under extremely complex regional and international circumstances and crises in our Arab world.
- The Arab world and the international community are facing grave internal and external challenges that threaten international peace and security.
- We must build an Arab economic bloc that preserves our common interests and focuses on achieving a quick positive impact.
- Palestine remains the first issue for the Arabs.
- We must redouble efforts to mobilize international support for the Palestinian people to enable them to survive.
- We renew our adherence to the Arab Peace Initiative with all its elements as a basis for reviving the peace process.
- I look forward to establishing an Arab Communications Committee in order to mobilize international support for the Palestinian cause.
- We are ready to call on the General Assembly to grant the State of Palestine full membership in the United Nations.
- We call on the brothers in Libya, Syria and Yemen to dialogue in order to reach internal consensual solutions.
